Since the beginning of the year 2012, the Caburé Insurance Group has developed an innovative project called “Project Mapa da Mina” which, besides moving the insurance market in Brazil, generating jobs and income, is significantly increasing its production of Life Insurance.
Caburé Insurance Group believes that this is one more action that leads it to achieve this leadership position in the domestic market of insurance.
Being in its eighth edition of accomplishment , Project Mapa da Mina, which has passed through the cities of Porto Alegre / RS ( 5 editions ) , Fortaleza / CE ( 1 edition) , Caxias do Sul / RS ( 1 edition) and Curitiba / PR ( 1 edition) , aims to recruit , select, train and professionalize Life Insurance Brokers as well as qualifying and specializing Insurance Brokers in the area of ” Personal Insurance ” .
There are 24 more editions of the Mine Map Project already scheduled until the end of the year 2013, that will pass through 15 states and 21 cities (some cities have more than one scheduled event.
In the future, with positive results being achieved in this project there can be a structured “National School of Life Insurance Brokers training” dedicated exclusively to form, train and qualify these professionals.
