According to a recent survey conducted by mercer consulting, where 698 small and medium-sized businesses were analyzed, 64% of them offer Life Insurance to their employees as additional benefits.
Referring to the study, employers consider family safety improvements as an important tool for hiring, retaining and valuing their talents.
